NOTICES
The Board is holding a special Zoom meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6:30 pm.  The agenda for this meeting is to have a resolution to bring a non-resident property into the association and to discuss and Vote on quorum.

Changes to Board Meetings and Annual Meeting
The Board Meetings have been changed to the 3rd Tuesday of each month; the new venue Fire Station 18.  Starting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the Board Meetings will be held at Fire Station 18, 901 Bermuda Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23836 at 6:30pm.

The Nature Trail located off of Scrimshaw Drive has been Condemned by the Board, due to the erosion of the trail and will be closed indefinitely. Nature Trail at the end of Nightingale Drive is still open.
